Murad Qubbaj
Professor of Physics and Mathematical Modeling Expert Murad Qubba
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Murad Qubbaj obtained a Ph.D. in physics in 2007. While earning his doctorate degree, Murad Qubbaj was the first scholar to receive the Nathan W. Dean Award in Physics for exceptional skills in communicating science.
An experienced research professional with expertise in mathematical modeling, Dr. Qubbaj has research interests in areas including replicator dynamics and regime shift, the sustainability of resource-population systems, and neural field dynamics. At Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability, his research focused on mathematical modeling for investigating topics in the social and ecological sciences. Murad Qubbaj also served as a professor at Ottawa University, Jacksonville State University, and Florida Atlantic University.
Dr. Qubbaj’s research has been published in a range of scientific journals and earned him invitations to deliver lectures at multiple institutions across the country. He has also reviewed manuscripts for publication in journals including Neurocomputing, Physica A, and Bulletin of Mathematical Biology.
